Understanding the readings on your glucose meter
When you take a blood sugar reading on your glucose meter, it gives you a number. The number indicates the levels of blood sugar in your body and is influenced by your meal timings.
Normal, healthy blood sugar level is 80-100 before a meal and 121-140 after a meal.
